Alright, none of those people seemed sane and I wouldn't want them at a party. That's probably why they won.

One of the entries was of a certain interest to me:

Did ArenaNet edit the "OMGLOLZIPWNNOOBZZZ!!!!" at the end?

hehe, I'm the author of the "roses are red" poem (which needed to be edited for them to put it on their website, lol). Would you want me at a party? I don't know if I want me at a party.

Wait, wouldn't a bunch of not-sane people be fun at a party? Or does that depend on the party?

Not geeky enough. I have "Pi" as my ringtone. And I still think the aforementioned statement is too geeky.

I think the mesemer paragraph and the poem are both interestingly written. Hope all the winners enjoy the party!

lol, I'm ashamed to say that it's my ringtone, too. It's just so damn cool.

But, the "roses are red" poem really cracked me up. Very entertaining.

Or was it just over-the-top with geekiness? In truth, we didn't want to make a huge ol' page with all the entries, but I feel bad because they were all really good!

The one that some of you are mocking is better than you think. Reread the line in the middle -- it really has a good concept there! I thought some of the entries were extraordinarily well done. The "musical" still makes me smile. All of the entries were darn fun, really. (Well, a couple puzzled us, as in, "This is your entry? How... odd!")

Thanks to all who entered, congrats to all the winners, and we'll see you next Tuesday!

Hey Vine, I loved the poem (what I saw of it) can you post the rest for us here?

And please don't take my comment before as mocking, it was intended as humor only after a day playing in outposts with ppl who...well...take GW a bit too seriously.

It was missing a.. um... reference (truncated, but still I worried it might offend) to the "F" word.

And I don't mean fooey.

yeah, it was just the one word. When I wrote it I didn't take into consideration that it would be posted on their site for all to see. Removing it really didn't change anything so I didn't care.

Oh, and Gaile, if you happened to bring some Daniel Dociu concept paintings or prints that I can keep, I wouldn't mind.

I wont be getting too drunk, I still have to drive home. Besides, as an aspiring game designer, I'll probably be chatting Jeff and the other designer's ears off. Not all that often I get the chance to talk to designers face to face.

I didn't see the musical itself, but I do know the guy who submitted it and he's a great guy! (and I was thrilled to look at the winner's list and go OMG there's someone I know on here! :: hop :: )

Not much drinking here, either I'm always designated driver. I think there will be much chatting like mad all around.

... plus I don't want to be an idiot, and me and alcohol makes me an idiot. I have to keep my good reputation or something!
